He was predeceased by: his spouse Edmée Arsenault (Maillet); his parents, Augustin Arsenault and Léonise Arsenault (Maillet); his son Laurie; and his siblings, Eva, Maria, Florence, Donat, Joseph and Edgar.

He is survived by: his children, Bernadette Breau (Aldérice) of Cocagne, Annette Bourque (Michel) of Dieppe, Maurice of Dixon Point, Alvin (Doris) of Notre-Dame, Raoul of Saint-Antoine and Elmo (Monique) of Saint-Thomas. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
