She was predeceased by: her spouse Georges Maillet; her parents, Alfred Roy and Juliette Roy (Melanson); and her son Gérard. She is survived by: her children, Marie-Thérèse Hébert (Jean-Guy) of Sainte-Marie, Pierrette Nowlan (Raymond) of Sainte-Marie, Lucie Maillet (Adrien Babineau) of Sainte-Marie, Denise Shean (Todd) of Edmonton, AB, Maurice (Maria) of Sainte-Marie and André (Linda) of Sainte-Marie; her grandchildren, Jacques, Denis, Pierre, Marie-Josée, Mireille, Justin, Martin, Patrick and Daniel; and her siblings, Lorraine Vachon of Nashua, Claudette Michaud (Jacques) of Dieppe, Ulysse (Gilberte) of Quebec, Paul of Sainte-Marie and Valmond (Bernice) of Sainte-Marie.
In Alfrèda's memory, donations may be made to the Sainte-Marie-de-Kent Knights of Columbus Scholarships Bursary or to the parish fund.
