He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Bennett and Josephine Bennett. He is survived by: his significant other Heather Voutour; his children, Kimberley Bennett and Carey (Megan); his grandchildren, Vanessa, Richard Wilton and Locky Dorrell; his siblings, Carl (Grace), Daphne, Barb (Brian), Jean (Bill), Gerrie (Darren), Gary (Donna), Diane (Andy), Michael Darren (Colleen), Craig (Tanya) and Tina (Scott); the mother of his children Marie; and his friends, Jake, Linda, Dale, Cheryl, Jeff, Bessie, Keith and Leslie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Coronary Care Unit would be appreciated.
