She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas; her brother Christopher; and her grandparents, Arsene, Lina LeBlanc, Christie and Edna O'Blenes.
She is survived by: her children, Jami Arsenault (Mark) of Petitcodiac and Reginald Wynes (Jerrica) of Hillgrove; her grandchildren, Kailey (Riley), Mark (Mia), Annalise, Elliawna, Reginald and Bruce; her parents, Bud O'Blenis and Diane O'Blenis of Moncton; her siblings, Linda Carrion of Peabody, MA, Brenda Glendenning (Mark) of London, ON, Dawn Holmes (Dave) of Petitcodiac and Ivan O'Blenis (Lois) of Havelock; and her close friend Linda Harper. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hillgrove United Baptist Church (3238 NB-890, Hillgrove, NB E4Z1M6). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at the Greenhill Cemetery (4484 NB-880, Havelock, NB E4Z5K3).
Donations can be made in honor of Charlene to the Friends of the Jordan LifeCare Centre or the Jordan LifeCare Activities Department.
