He is survived by: his wife Anne Shaw; his son Lee Shaw of Ontario; his nephew Kevin Entwistle (Kevin) of Massachusetts; his goddaughters, Melissa and Meagen (Will); his children, Kyle, Zack, Kaylah, Maddy and Logan; his pet Tess; Maddy, Gabe of Ontario and William of Ontario. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
