He is survived by: his wife Eliose; his daughter Punk Kilpatrick-Hopper (Andrew); his daughter-in-law Kim Kilpatrick; his stepchildren, Tammy Prosser (Nick) and Troy Prosser; his grandchildren, Tanner (Becca), Jade, Karli (Logan), Casey, Megan, Lauren (Cody), Rayne, Jerney, Teagan, Paija and Maleck; his great grandchildren, Sloane and Briar; his siblings, Eleanor, Dee (Paul), Carol, Warren (Elaine), Steve (Georgie), Brian (Ruth) and Bruce (Karen); and his sister-in-law Barbara.
