He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Green and Jennifeb Green; his former wife Jean Laura Crouse; and his siblings, James, George, Albert, Ethel and Ella.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his children, Susan (Derrick Alward), Kelly (Trent Steeves), James (Tracey) and Richard (Shonda); his stepchildren, Chris, Jason and Cathy; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Cathleen, Kyle, Leah, Jessie (Travis Prosser), Markes and Brook. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
