He was predeceased by : his parents, H. Victor Russell and Hilda Russell (Ramsden); his former life partner Nellie Russell; and his stepson Paul Lewis. He is survived by : his wife Lavina; his stepdaughter-in-law Lillian Lewis (late Paul); his granddaughter June Saunders (Peter); his great grandchild Kayla Saunders (Cory); and his brother Lester Russell.
