She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughie Hayward and Adelia Hayward (Prosser); her sisters, Barbara, Harper and Donna VanBuskirk; and her parents-in-law, Rachel (Hare) and Waldo Carter.

She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her sons, Wayne (Tammy), Bradley (Katrina) and Jason (Lisa); her grandchildren, Matthew, Mark (Larissa), Cass (Christine), Kayla-Jane (Aaron), Connor and Gavin; and her great grandchild Autumn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations in Jane's memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice, or to a local organization supporting seniors or long-term care.
