He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his sons, Jake (Sheryl), Damon (Cynthia) and Aaron (Pam); his grandchildren, Kayla, Jordan (Ed), Amelia (William), Elias, Madeleine, Preston and William; and his sister Georgie Lee Taylor (Ralph). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
