He was predeceased by: his parents, Honoré Vautour and Marceline Vautour (Gallant); his wife Marie Vautour (Porelle); his daughter Emelice Arsenault; and his siblings, Emelice Bacon, Elizabeth Gautreau, Velma Lirette (Dorilla), LeBlanc, Blair, Charles, Lionel, Hector and Mathias.

He is survived by: his children, Alphonsine Poirier (Bernard) of Shediac, Joanne Richard (Maurice) of Shediac, Monique of Shediac, Hervé (Denise Ouellet) of Shediac, Roger of Shediac, Omer of Kelowna, BC, Daniel (Nicole Briand) and Saint-Antoine. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three, great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and, cousins.

He was ready and willing to go to the Netherlands for the, Liberation 75 at a 100 if it had not been cancelled due to the, Pandemic.
