He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Goguen and Rosalie Goguen (Cormier); his wife Shirley (Vautour); and his brothers, Eric, Paul, Donald and Roger.

He is survived by: his sister Jeannette White of Moncton; and his sibling's children, Tina Goguen of Moncton, Connie Vautour of Tennessee, Paula Goguen of Moncton, Nancy Goguen of Maine, Bonnie Cormier of Edmonton, AB, Derek Goguen of Moncton, Randy Goguen of Moncton, Mike Fougere of Moncton, Troy Goguen of Moncton and Vincent Fougere of Grande-Digue. He is also survived by his cousins and friends.
