He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey Noel (Williamson); his parents, Alex Noel and Winnifred Noel (Smith); and his brother Frederick Noel. He is survived by: his children, Richard (Tammy) of Surrey, BC and Sandra MacDonald (Duncan) of Ottawa, ON; his sister Winnifred Butterfield (Jack) of Vancouver; his grandchildren, Maddison, Alex and Mitchell MacDonald; and his close friend Velma Winsor of Saint John. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
