He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Vaughan and Dorothy Vaughan. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Vaughan (Lynch); his children, Maggie (Michael Doherty), Stephen (Heather) and David (Christine); his grandchildren, Reggie and Joanie; and his sister Susan (Jerome Connors).
