As we bid adieu to Beatrice's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Beatrice has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Laurence and Helen Ernestine Wooding (Scales); her husbands, Lawrence and Allan Betts; and her sister Margaret.
She is survived by: her children, Brian of Ottawa, ON and Lynn (Glen Mitchell) of Halifax, NS. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. George Funeral Home (26 Portage St, Saint George, NB E5C 3L6). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. George Presbyterian Kirk (180 Brunswick St, St. George, NB E5C3S2). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at the St. George Rural Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bea's memory to a charity of the donor's choice, would be appreciated by the family.
