Kathy Claudia Leavitt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2025, at the age of 59, Kathy Claudia Leavitt (St George, New Brunswick) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathy Claudia Leavitt to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance Leavitt and Joan Leavitt (Stewart); her significant other Burton Cooke; her brother Corey Leavitt; and her nephews, Devin Leavitt and Jason Kernighan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Kernighan (Brian Noddin) of Pennfield, NB and Kevin Leavitt (Laura) of Pennfield, NB; her siblings' children, Derek Leavitt (Abby Lockhart) of St. George, NB and Amanda Kernighan (Josh Pitre) of St. Stephen, NB; and her great-nephew Huxton. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cornerstone Tabernacle Church (33 Allée Marsh Ln, St. George, NB E5C3N7). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In Kathy's memory, donations to the Charlotte County SPCA or to a charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
