She was predeceased by: her parents, Merton Foster and Ruth Foster (Tait); and her siblings, Lowell Foster, Phillip Foster, Dorothy Spear, Eleanor Nelson, Elaine Cantley and Joyce Baldwin.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Steinbach (Glen), David Daigle (Dawn), Bobby Daigle (Sharon), Joan Pellerin (John) and Terry Daigle (Valerie); her grandchildren, Jamie, Joey, Thomas, Aaron, Brandon, Cameron, Nicholas and Tara Lynn; and her sisters, Esther Smythe (Bruce) and Joan Shaw (Earl). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

In Charlene's memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
