With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Frederick Hawkins (St Leonard, New Brunswick), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 27, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles Frederick Hawkins to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Hawkins and Erma Hawkins (Hill); and his brother Peter "Daniel". He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen Scott (Phil) and Cyril (Nancy); his nieces and nephews, Alec Scott (MaryEllen), Ron Scott (Erica), Joshua Hawkins, Ashley Hawkins and Kayla Manahan (Erik); and his great-nieces, AdaRose and Stevie Joy Scott. He is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ortonville Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ortonville Baptist Church, the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Kidney Foundation of Canada, or a charity of your choice.
