He is survived by : his parents, Melissa Gregory Lewis and Kevin Lewis; his siblings, Joshua Lewis and Katrina Moore (Howie); his grandparents, Ardith Johnson, Ken Gregory, Stanley and Marilyn Lewis (Breanna Purdy); and his close friends, Roy Johnson, Landon Hickey and Dawson Bigger. He is also survived by two nieces, one nephew, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
