She was predeceased by: her parents, George Albert and Doris Libby (Williams); her husbands, Joseph Moffatt, John Marshall and George Taylor; her son Kenneth Moffatt (Tracy); and her siblings, Paul Libby, Stephen Libby, Mildred Ingersoll and Lois Stevens.

She is survived by: her sons, Darryl Moffatt and Joseph Moffatt (Kathleen); her stepdaughter Wendy Fagan; her siblings, Freeman Libby (Tanya) and Harriet Dougherty; and her sisters-in-law, Donna and Marion. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
