John G. Dionne Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John G. Dionne (St Stephen, New Brunswick), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolphus Dionne and Margaret Dionne (Riley); his wife Patricia Dougherty (Pat); his in-laws, Clarence and Doris Dougherty (Purcell); and his siblings, Joseph, Walter, Frances, Adolphus, Priscilla, Patrick and Marion.

He is survived by: his children, Debra Thompson (Paul), Michael Dionne (Cindy) and Jeffrey Dionne (Mellissa); his grandchildren, Lyndsey Thompson Barter (Brad), Megan Boles (Brandon), Kierstin Dionne (Cody), Kaleb Dionne, Karissa Dionne, Julia Dionne and Tyler Dionne; his great grandchildren, Jack, Mallory, Lainey, Sawyer, Logan, Bayleigh, Isabella, Madelyn and Kaden; his siblings, Audrey Cormier and Michael Dionne (Juliette); and his sister-in-law Nancy Dougherty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
