He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Upham); his children, Tony (Amy), Troy (Bethany), Tyler (Nick), Candace (Stephen) and Kayla (Ben); his grandchildren, Jerin, Brad, Ryan, Madison, Dawson, Charlie, Andrew, Xavier, Tori, Eli, Alexis, Anna, John and Ian; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Mallory, Kysen and Lainey; his siblings, Andy (Lynn) and Amy-Jo; his parents-in-law, Myron and Della Upham; and his siblings-in-law, Greg Upham, Sandra Mann and Lynn Mann. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
