He was predeceased by: his father Joe Moffatt; his son Kenny Jr.; his parents-in-law, Harold Hartford and Olive Hartford; and his siblings-in-law, Andrew Hartford (Harold Hartford) and Patricia MacIntosh (Hartford).

He is survived by: his mother Helen Taylor; his wife Tracy (Hartford); his siblings, Darryl, Joe (Kathy) and Wendy Fagan (Marshall); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Hartford (Gloria), Randy MacIntosh, Andrene Davidson, Illetta Chisholm (Jeff) and Sharon Hartford. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, several nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kenny's memory to a charity of choice and/or a random act of kindness would be appreciated.
