She was predeceased by : her parents, William Small and Neola Small (Leighton); and her sister Pam Guthrie. She is survived by : her husband Harold Williams of St. Stephen, NB.; her children, Elaine Morley and Ron Morley of St. Catherine; her grandchildren, Madyson, Josh, Lacie Morley of St. Catherine, Jaykob Williams and Keagan Perras of Langley, BC; her siblings, Trudy Griffin of Grand Manan, NB, Ruth Small of Grand Manan, NB, Dorothy Beal of Grand Manan, NB, Rosalie Small of St. Stephen, NB, Billy "Brother" Small of Grand Manan, NB and Phillip Small of Grand Manan, NB; and also Richard of Edmonton, AB.

In lieu of flowers the family would truly appreciate donations be made in Lorraine's memory to the Charlotte County Ground Search Rescue or to the St. Stephen Fire Dept to be specifically used for rescue equipment.
