She was predeceased by: her mother Betty White (Weber); her sister Catherine Elaine White; and her father Jerome Joseph White (Jerry). She is survived by: her husband Michael Friedrich Paul Strothotte; her children, Christina Louise Harvie (White) of Terrace, BC and Ronald James Harvie of Edmonton, AB.; her sisters, Vicki White of Victoria, BC and Michelle White of Greenville, Tenn.; and her grandchildren, Joseph Aaron Erhart (White) of Terrace, BC, Jessica Mae Erhart of Nanaimo, BC, Devon William Morisseau of St. David Ridge, NB, Caitlyn Harvie and Mitchell Harvie of Edmonton.

In lieu of flowers donations to Literacy Nanaimo in Marie's memory would be appreciated by the family.
