We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2025, at the age of 69, Paulette Yvonne Matthews (St Stephen, New Brunswick), born in Calais, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry W. Stevens and Judie Ann Stevens; and her brother Arthur William Stevens. She is survived by: her husband Jamie Matthews; her children, Jessica Lynn Matthews (Maci Branch) of Kansas City, MO and Lindsay Michelle Sander (Peter Daniel Sander) of Olathe, KS; her grandchildren, Audri Yvonne Sander, Ethan Edward Sander and Owen Peter Sander; her brother Henry W. Stevens Jr. (Dana Stevens) of Uniontown, Ohio.; her children, Kristina Jennings (Larry), Hadley and Hannah; and her grandchild Dana. She is also survived by aunts, and uncles and treasured cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Union Street Atlantic Baptist Church (47 Union St, St Stephen, NB E3L1Z1). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
