Richard E. Armstrong Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Richard E. Armstrong (St Stephen, New Brunswick) is shared. Richard passed away on October 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Armstrong (Preston) and Everett Armstrong; his sister Suzanne; his brother-in-law Donnie Sears; his niece Samantha Brown; and his nephew Scott Miller.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda (Milligan); his sons, Adam Armstrong (Matthew) and Richard Cody "Ricky" Armstrong (Shania); his sister Linda Armstrong; his nieces, Sherri Lynn and Amanda; his nephew Joseph McFarlane; and his grandchildren, Trinity, Madelynne, Malaki, Serenity and Mylio.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Richard to the Charlotte County SPCA, Volunteer Centre of St. Stephen or a charity of one's choice.
