Edgar Joseph Barry Obituary
We announce the death of Edgar Joseph Barry (Stanley, New Brunswick), who passed away on October 30, 2026, at the age of 97. Edgar will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Barry and Dora Barry (Myers); his foster parents, Arthur Kelly and Hilda Kelly (Jarvis); his siblings, Regina Blair (Frank), Della Gillespie, Joseph, Archie and Alfred Barry; and his foster brother Kelly (Velma).
He is survived by: his sons, Marshall Barry, Randolf "Randy" Barry and Stephen Barry; and his stepson Calvin Markey. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the St. Thomas Anglican Church Cemetery (71 Main St, Stanley, NB E6B1A6).
