It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lea W. Briggs of Steeves Mountain, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Briggs and Ivena Briggs of Stilesville; and his grandsons, Christopher Warren Briggs and Craig Moores. He is survived by: his wife Vi Briggs; his sons, David Briggs (Sherry) and Jason Briggs (Trudy Meade); his stepchildren, Greg Wilson (Bryan), Kim Campbell (Dave) and Tracey Douglas (Ian); his grandchildren, Kristy, Kyle, Megan, Bradley, Ashley, Mitchell, Daniel and Sara; and his siblings, Cecil Briggs (Lila) and Nellie Simpson (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
