She was predeceased by: her husband Earl D. Tompkins; her parents, Russell Fisher and Ruth Carmichael; her son Derick Tompkins; her children-in-law, Alfred Mann and Kathy Tompkins; her brothers, Clinton and Richard Fisher; and her siblings-in-law, Jennie-Grace Fisher, Patricia Fisher and Olys Ebbett.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Mann, Janet Tompkins, Dana Tompkins, Nelda Lapage (Warren), Mary Ann Hull (Hollis), Douglas Tompkins (Sandie) and Donald Tompkins; and her sister Arlene Ebbett. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hunter Cemetery.
