He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Blakney and Gloria Blakney (Christie); his sister Cindy; and his brother-in-law Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughter Tonya (Justin); and his sisters, Brenda and Valerie (Andre). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
