He was predeceased by : his mothers, Catherine Monahan (Durham) and Elizabeth "Betty" Monahan (Hayes); his wife Betty; his daughters, Jean Goddard and Marilyn Page; and his siblings, Kathleen Cummings, Mary Ellen Hourihan (Nellie), Irene Monahan, Grace Mercer, Peggy Brown, Leonard Monahan, Ambrose Monahan and William Monahan (Bill).
He is survived by : his children, Judy Freeze (Donald), Shirley Scott (Allison), Carol Veysey (Rob), Don Monahan (Maggie), Gary Monahan (Susan) and Earle Monahan; his sons-in-law, Ron Goddard (Debbie) and Don Page (Nancy); his grandchildren, Kelly Goddard, Jackie Erb (David), Jennifer Hart (Jamie), Wendy Douthwright, Ryan Monahan (Jennifer), Erin Monahan (Marty), Jessica Snyder (Larry), Luke Scott (Nancy), Katie Scott (Jonathan), Jonathan Veysey (Julie) and Ben Veysey (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Isaac, Andrew, Matthew, Blake, Carter, Rhys, Miley, Charlee, Reegan, Rylie, Quinn and Bryce. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
