He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Millard and Hazel Millard (Hanscomb); his wife Bertha Levesque; his siblings, Dorothy Baker, Geraldine Goodine, Ruth Moorcraft, Marina Demmings, Gilbert, Gerald and Gary Millard; and his half-brothers, Arthur Clark and Ralph Hanscomb.
He is survived by: his sons, Alonzo Millard (Brittany Lunn) of Bristol, NB and Benjamin Millard (Kay Laird) of Maple Ridge, NB; and his brother Lyle Millard of Tilley, NB. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
