He was predeceased by: his father Richard Moulton; his brother Jody Moulton; and his niece Richelle Moulton. He is survived by: his mother Judy Moulton (Buck); his children, Delynn Moulton of Jackson, MI and Jeremy Moulton of Florida; his granddaughters, Denim and Skye; and his siblings, Lynette Moulton (late Eric Nicholas), Kevin Moulton (Deborah), John Moulton (Marnie), Ricky Moulton (Bobbie) and Tommy Moulton (Michelle) of Jackson, MI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
