He is survived by: his children, Pam Fitzherbert, Troy Holmes and Jason Holmes (Stacey); and his brothers, George Holmes and Stephen Holmes. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beechwood Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
