She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman D. Flemming and Vena I. Flemming (Jones); her husband Rev. George Billington; her daughter Judith Irene; and her siblings, Geraldine Liston (late Willard), Glenna Liston (late Owen), Amber Piper (late Garth), Lorna McGuigan (late Ronald), Willard Flemming and Murray Flemming (late Margaret).

She is survived by: her children, Garry Billington (Sharon) of Fredericton, NB and Susan Howell (Charles) of Upper Kingsclear, NB; her grandchildren, Rev. Chad Billington (Heidi), Douglas Billington (Arcy), Amaiyah Martin (Raymond), Benjamin Howell, Matthew Howell (Karla) and Peter Howell (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Savanna, Zoe, Eliya, Nathaniel, Violet, Ruby Billington, Josie, Izabelle, Phillip Martin, Austin, George, Henry and Edward Howell; and her sister-in-law Hazel Flemming. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
