She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cale and Patricia Cale (Jamaieson); her husband James E. Sturgeon; and her siblings, Dawn Cronkhite and Douglas Cale.

She is survived by: her son William (Jodi); and her grandchildren, JP of Texas, USA, Michael of Texas, USA and Sammy of Texas, USA.
