She is survived by : her daughter Rhonda Harp (Robert); her grandchildren, Angel Nicole Meeks and Isaiah Shane Harp; her great grandchildren, Brannan Jace Meeks and Magnolia Rose Meeks; her siblings, Billy Ray Smith (Sharon), Tammy Renee Underwood (Joe) and Shirley Smith; and her close friend David Noah. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
