She was predeceased by : her parents, Rev Henry Herbert Athling and Emma Maude Gillingham; her husband Glenn Adams; and her brothers, Ashton and Herbert.

She is survived by : her son Mark Adams (Emily); and her grandchildren, Clara and Peter Adams of Ottawa.
