With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roderick David Anketell (Wheaton Settlement, New Brunswick). Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roderick Anketell and Georgina Anketell (Horsman); his wife Miriam (Cochrane); his children, Barbara Thorne of Cambridge Narrows, Phyllis Edgar (Danny) of Salisbury and David Anketell of Cambridge Narrows; his siblings, Beulah Parker of Stoney Creek, Eileen Dysart of Burlington, ON, Jennie Haney (Jack) of Edmonton, AB, Owen Anketell (Joan) of Riverview, Juanita Carter and Evelyn Cormier; his grandson Bradley Thorne; and his son-in-law Johnny Thorne. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
