He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Reid (Hossack) and Stanley Reid; and his brother Geoff Reid. He is survived by: his wife Heather Dawn Reid (Bavis); his children, Lisa Pegg (Brad), Christopher Reid (Shawnalynn) and Michael Reid (Natasha); his grandchildren, Martha, Tanner and Alec; his brother Danny Reid (Cheryl); his pet Buffy; his father-in-law Murray Bavis (Kathy); his brother-in-law Kevin Bavis; his nieces, Lindsay, Krista and Stacey; and his nephew Jamie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Arthritis Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
