He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bettle and Ruth Bettle (Mercer). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bettle of Willow Grove, NB; his daughter Jean-Anne Bettle of Saint John, NB; and his siblings, Donald Bettle (Geraldine) of Passekeag, NB, Stephen Bettle (Catherine) of Quispamsis, NB, Bev Bettle (Nid) of Edmonton, AB, Christopher Bettle (Ednalyn) of Upper Golden Grove, NB and Brenda Kennedy (David) of Waterford, NB. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reid's Funeral Home (1063 Main St, Hampton, NB E5N5X9). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Reid's Funeral Home Chapel (1063 Main St, Hampton, NB E5N5X9).
