We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2025, at the age of 72, Ursel Wagner-Estabrooks of Wilmot, New Brunswick passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Wagner and Brunhilda Wagner; her husband Bernard Joe F. Estabrooks (Joe); and her brother Detlef Wager. She is survived by: her son Richard Seguin (Jennifer); and her siblings, Susan Thompson (James), Rolf Wagner and Peter Wagner.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Culberson Funeral Home (188 Connell St, Woodstock, NB E7M1L8).
