She was predeceased by: her father Morton Thurber; her husbands, Colby Emery, Hooper and Lloyd Brown (Dorothy); her brother Wayne Thurber (Doreen); her son Douglas Hooper (Roberta); and her nephew Mike Thurber.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan Wilber (Dave) of Perry Maine; her granddaughter Laura Cline Grand (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Rachel and Charlotte Cline; and her stepsister Carole Chute Campobello (Lester).

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Wilson's Beach Community Cemetery.
