He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Irene (Wilson) and Charles Norman Allen; his wife Margaret E. Allen; and his sons, Gregory and Bradley.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth and Margaret; his siblings, Kenneth, Marjorie and Marion; his granddaughter Ally Sharpe; and his great grandchild Bella. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
