He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Joan "Barbie" Richard; and his son-in-law Mark Tomah. He is survived by: his daughters, Caressa Knox and Deanna Knox; his grandchildren, Brittney Tomah, Whitney Knox, Joshua Smith (Laura), Harley Knox (Sydney), Patrick Smith, Samuel Knox (Katie), RaeAnna Wheelan and Zachary Knox (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Liam, Amelia, Autumn, Ellie, Fjola and Alex.
