She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Burpee and Gladys Burpee of Jacksontown. She is survived by: her husband Andrew McCormick; her children, Molly (Shelton Bonner) and Adam (Becca Leblanc); and her stepdaughter Julia Perry (T. J.) of Edmonton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
