He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Opie and Lena Opie (Fullerton); and his siblings, Mildred Baird Opie and Ronald Opie. He is survived by : his wife Joyce Opie (Hamilton); his daughters, Wanda Opie (Richard DeWolfe) and Heather Jones; and his granddaughter Molly Jones.
