She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Catherine Allan (Coss) and John Allan; her husband Howard; her sisters, Jean and Louise; her children, Jean (Greg), Bette (Roger), Doug (Gail) and John; and her grandchildren, Alex Smyth, Hilary Smyth and Jeffrey Knox. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
