He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Smith Dow and Caroline Ann Dow; his brother John Brent Kelly (Valeria); his siblings' children, Taylor and Denver; his brother Blaine Tyler Dow (Emma); his siblings' children, Kincaid, Jack and Melissa Mbeba (Dennis); and his children, Naphtal, Elijah and Andre. He is also survived by loving cousins and dear friends.
